What a pleasure it was to step out and see the hotel across from the train station, making every walk to picturesque sites like Petite France and the beautiful Rohan Palace a breeze, enhancing my exploration during my stay.

Centrally located with quick access to local attractions.

Unfortunately, I faced significant issues with the check-in process. I received a concerning email about my credit card authorization being rejected just a day before my arrival. Upon contacting the hotel promptly, they failed to address my situation, which led to the cancellation of my reservation while I was en route to the hotel.

Convenient location across from the train station made exploring easy. The room was a bit cramped, lacking space.

The location of Le Grand was exceptional, situated right across from the train station, providing easy access to all attractions. The breakfast offered a diverse selection, and the room was spacious with a comfortable layout. The staff provided luggage storage, which was incredibly convenient before check-in and after checkout. Overall, it made for a very pleasant business trip.

However, the room size was more 'cozy' than deluxe—perhaps I was expecting a ballroom! And do those keys ever work? It’s like a magic trick gone wrong!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Le Grand in Strasbourg. The location stood out immediately. across the street from the train station, every destination felt accessible. My room, a Classic Double, had a nice layout and was clean. The air conditioning worked well during my visit, keeping things cool when needed. Breakfast? It was quite decent, featuring pastries and eggs, although the offerings could be more varied. The staff were accommodating when I unexpectedly needed an extra night's stay, helping me find a solution quickly. However, the decor in the room felt a bit dated, and the furnishings didn't quite match my expectations for comfort. I did note that inter-room noise levels were higher than ideal at times, which could be distracting. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and some aspects of the service but felt the room lacked a more modern touch.
